I’m excited to announce that I’m moving to a new house in late July! This is a big change for me and my family, but I’m really looking forward to it. One of the things I’m most excited about is the new space I’ll have for my model railroad layout.

My current house didn’t have any suitable layout space, so it was hard to make videos and work on model railroading. But the new house has a semi-finished basement that is almost 20′ x 20′ in finished space. This is going to give me a lot of room to expand my layout and create something really special.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want to do with the new space. I’m planning on building a large HO-scale layout that will feature a variety of scenes in the modern era.

I know that it’s going to take a lot of work to build this layout, but I’m up for the challenge. I’m really looking forward to sharing my progress with you on my blog.

In addition to the new layout, I’m also planning on restarting this model railroad blog along with my YouTube channel. I had to take a break from blogging a few years ago when my kids were born, but I’m excited to get back into it. I’ll be using my blog to share my progress on the new layout, as well as tips and advice for other model railroaders.

I’m really looking forward to this new chapter in my model railroading journey. I hope you’ll join me on the ride!
